Most Frequently Asked Questions

Not yet. We’re a UAE-based and registered company, but for now, Beech Undies is fully online.

You can place your order through our website, and we’ll deliver it straight to your door across the UAE and selected GCC countries.

Most of our essentials is made with premium MicroModal blended with a little elastane for stretch.

Some products use long staple premium cotton as well, so the easiest way to check is to look at the fabric composition on the product page.

MicroModal is a very soft fabric made from beechwood.

It feels smoother than regular cotton, stretches comfortably and handles moisture well, which is exactly why we use it in most of our underwear.

And that’s actually where our name comes from too. Beechwood comes from the beech tree, which inspired Beech Undies.

The easiest way is to measure your waist and compare it with the size chart on the product page.

Try not to rely only on the size you wear in another brand, because every brand fits differently.

Still unsure? Just contact us and we’ll help you choose.

You can request an exchange within 30 days.

If you ordered more than one piece, please open and try only one piece first. Keep the rest unopened in case you decide to return or exchange them.

Our Comfort Guarantee applies to one trial piece per customer. Any additional pieces that have been opened, worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

A courier fee may apply for the exchange.

Wizaar & Sirwaal

Both the Wizaar and Sirwaal are made from 100% MicroModal.

It is an exceptionally soft and lightweight fabric made from beechwood. It also handles moisture well, which makes it comfortable for long days and especially suitable for wearing under a kandura.

Choose your size based mainly on your waist measurement.

The length stays the same across all sizes, so moving up or down a size mainly changes the fit around the waist and body rather than making the garment longer or shorter.

Check the size chart on the product page, and message us if you are unsure. We’ll help you choose.

The Wizaar is approximately94 cm long across all sizes.

The Sirwaal is approximately 93cm long across all sizes.

The length does not change between sizes.

Yes.

Both garments have approximately 5 cm of extra fabric stitched inside the bottom hem. A tailor can easily open the hem and use this extra fabric to increase the length.

This gives you some flexibility without needing to alter the main shape of the garment.

Yes. Either garment can usually be shortened easily by a tailor.

We do not offer custom alterations ourselves, and any item that has been altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

MicroModal generally produces much less static than synthetic fabrics such as polyester.

Because it is a cellulose-based fibre and manages moisture well, it is less likely to build up the dry electrical charge that causes fabric to cling or create small shocks.

Static can still happen occasionally in very dry conditions, but it should be noticeably less than with many synthetic garments.

Wash them in cool or normal-temperature water using a gentle detergent.

Avoid bleach, fabric softener and very hot water. We also recommend avoiding the tumble dryer, as repeated heat can affect the softness and shape of the fabric.

Air drying is the best option.

Yes, but use a low temperature.

MicroModal is a soft and delicate fabric, so avoid very high heat. Iron the garment inside out when possible, and do not leave the iron sitting in one place.

A garment steamer is also a good option.

Products & Fabrics

Yes.

MicroModal is made from natural beechwood fibres. The cellulose from beech trees is transformed into an exceptionally soft fabric through a specialised process, which is why it’s often described as a regenerated fibre.

In simple terms, it starts with a natural source and is then carefully processed to create the soft, breathable and comfortable fabric we use in our underwear.

That depends on what you want from your underwear.

MicroModal is usually softer, smoother and better at managing moisture. Cotton is breathable, but it tends to absorb moisture and hold onto it for longer.

For underwear, many people prefer MicroModal because it feels lighter and more comfortable against the skin.

The fabric itself is not literally cold.

The difference is how it deals with heat and moisture. Cotton absorbs sweat but can stay wet for longer. MicroModal spreads moisture across the fabric more efficiently, which helps it dry faster and can make you feel cooler.

Yes, a little.

All soft natural and regenerated fabrics change slightly with regular wear and washing, but proper care will help it stay soft, stretchy and comfortable for much longer.

A little bit of surface lint can sometimes appear on new MicroModal garments, especially on darker colours where it is easier to notice.

This reduces after the first few washes and does not normally mean the fabric is damaged or defective.

Like any very soft fabric, MicroModal can develop some surface fuzz or pilling from friction.

This is more likely in high-friction areas or when the garment is washed or dried too harshly.

Avoid high heat, bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer to help protect the fabric.

Our fabrics are sourced from Austria, while the cutting and stitching take place in Turkey and the UAE. We carefully select the materials and production process for each style to ensure the comfort and quality we’re known for.

Choosing Your Boxer

It really depends on how much coverage you prefer.

Our 3-inch boxers have a shorter, more traditional fit.

Our 6-inch boxers give you a little more coverage while still feeling easy for everyday wear.

Our 9-inch boxers are better for customers who want extra thigh coverage or deal with rubbing and chafing.

Our longer styles are for anyone who prefers maximum coverage.

Our 6- inch and 9-inch boxers are usually the best choice if you experience rubbing between the thighs.

Size matters too. A boxer that is too tight or too loose can move around more and become less comfortable.

If you have bigger thighs, we usually recommend starting with one of our longer styles.

Our 6- inch or 9-inch boxers give more coverage and room through the thigh. Just make sure the waist still fits properly and check whether the style is tight fit or loose fit before ordering.

Tight-fit boxers sit closer to the body and give more support.

Loose-fit boxers give you more room around the thighs and seat, so they feel more relaxed.

The waistband should still fit properly, though. Loose fit does not mean wearing a waistband that is too big.

No, it depends on the style, colour and length.

Some have a fly opening and some do not, so always check the product name, photos and description before ordering.

Usually, yes, as long as the colours and sizes are part of the same eligible style.

Different styles or collections may not combine for the same discount.

You’ll see the correct discount applied automatically on the product page or at checkout.

The more eligible pieces you buy, the lower the price per piece becomes.

The available discounts are shown on the product page and apply automatically once you add the required quantity.

Sizing & Fit

Your trousers size is a useful starting point, but your waist measurement is more reliable.

Always check the size chart for the exact product, because the fit can change between styles.

Not necessarily.

If you want more room around the thighs, it’s better to choose a loose-fit style rather than simply buying a waistband that is too big.

The waistband should feel secure without digging in.

There are two main differences: the fit and the fabric.

The Luxury Undershirt has a more fitted cut and sits closer to the body, making it a great option if you prefer a cleaner, more streamlined look under your clothes. It's made entirely from MicroModal, and the fabric is lighter for an extra-soft, barely-there feel.

The Loose Undershirt is designed with a roomier fit for customers who prefer extra freedom and a less restrictive feel. It's made from a blend of cotton and MicroModal, giving it a slightly different feel while still being soft and comfortable for everyday wear.

Both are made for everyday comfort, so it really comes down to your personal preference.

We recommend checking the size chart on the product page before ordering.

If you prefer a looser body fit and a more relaxed neckline, go for our loose-fit undershirt.

If you prefer something closer to the body, one of our fitted styles will probably suit you better.

Washing & Care

Wash it in cool or normal-temperature water with a gentle detergent.

Avoid hot water, bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer.

Air drying is the best way to help the fabric stay soft, stretchy and comfortable.

We strongly recommend that you don’t.

High heat and repeated tumbling can damage the soft fibres, elastane and waistband.

Air drying will help the garment keep its shape and softness for longer.

No.

Bleach can damage the fabric and elastane, even when the garment is white.

A gentle detergent is the better option.

A small amount of change is possible with most soft fabrics, especially when exposed to high heat.

Avoid hot water and the tumble dryer to reduce the chance of shrinkage.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes.

Our Comfort Guarantee lets you try one piece and decide whether it is right for you.

If you ordered several pieces, open only one first and keep the rest unopened in case you decide to return or exchange them.

Because underwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, the Comfort Guarantee applies to one trial piece per customer.

Any extra pieces that have been opened, worn or washed cannot normally be returned or exchanged.

You have 30 days to request a return or exchange, as long as the items meet the conditions of our policy.

Send us your order number, mobile number and a few clear photos showing the issue.

We’ll review it and arrange the right solution if the item is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned items reach us and are inspected.

Once processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and the original payment method.
