Our Comfort Guarantee applies to one opened item from your first order. Any additional items being returned or exchanged must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

UAE Orders

• Returns: AED 20
• Exchanges: AED 30

International Orders

Shipping costs vary depending on your country and the weight of your package.

For returns, you'll cover the cost of sending the items back to the UAE.

For exchanges, you'll cover both the return shipping to the UAE and the cost of sending the replacement items back to your country.

We'll let you know the exact shipping costs before we move forward.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether the refund has been approved.
