A. Shipping costs
We ship items for free all across the UAE. No minimum order value required.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 3 days (Sunday to Thursday). Order cut-off Time 8:00 AM Gulf Standard Time (Dubai). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Sunday to Thursday).
C. Cash on delivery
For your convenience, Beech Undies is happy to offer cash on delivery.
D. Delivery Terms
We use Shipa courier to deliver the product.
E. Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@beechwear.com or Call Us at +971569379314.
F. CancellationsIf you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that the parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
